New: Fully guided surgery for edentulous jaws

29. November 2022

BioniQ fully guided surgery is also designed for the prosthetics-driven individual treatment of edentulous and partially edentulous jaws. This advanced solution allows the surgical template to be precisely anchored even in the most challenging anatomical conditions.

What is needed

In addition to the standard BioniQ surgical instrument set for fully guided surgery, only a few extra components are required.

  • Reference pin for guided surgery
  • Guided fixation pin
  • Related Steco sleeve
  • Updated libraries for planning software

The reference pin for guided surgery plus accessories will ensure that the surgical template remains in a stable position during the entire surgical procedure, thus allowing the dental implants to be inserted safely and accurately into the planned location.
